Refund policy

🧦 Returns

We offer an 18-day return policy, which means you have 18 days after your order has shipped from our warehouse to file for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

👉 A $10.95 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns.


🔄 Exchanges

We also offer an 18-day window to request an exchange. Exchanges are available for different sizes or in case you received a defective item.

  • All exchanges incur a $6.95 shipping & handling fee, which will be charged during the exchange process.

We also offer an instant exchange option for faster service. Your new item will be shipped right away — just be sure to send the original item back within 20 days of your exchange. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the second item.


💳 Store Credit

Prefer store credit? No problem. You have up to 30 days after your order ships to request a return for store credit instead of a refund.

  • A $10.95 fee will be deducted from your store credit amount.


🌍 International Returns

International orders are eligible for return, but customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties and taxes if applicable.


🧾 How to Start a Return

All returns are processed through our returns portal. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your socks are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at firstpickofficial@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To qualify, your socks must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
